To play “Knock Out Mao,” a variation of the card game Mao, the objective is to be the last player remaining by strategically playing cards that follow the standard Mao rules, but with an added element where players can “knock out” other players by calling out penalties for rule violations, causing them to be eliminated from the game if they receive too many penalties; the last player standing wins. Similar to Eleusis and Mao combined.
