Up and Down the River, also known as “Oh Hell” or “Down the River,” is a trick-taking card game for 3 or more players. The objective is to accurately bid on the number of tricks you think you can win each round. The unique structure of this game is that players are dealt 1 card in the first hand, 2 in the second, and so on until each player has 13 cards, then play down in number of cards dealt. Round 14 each player would be delt 12. Round 15 each player is dealt 11, and so on. After 25 rounds, the player with the most points wins. Earn 1 point per trick and 10 points if you bid correctly. Incorrect bids score 0 total points.
